I was thrilled with how central the hotel was, just a short stroll away, and I enjoyed relaxing at the Douglas WWII P.O. Camp, barely 100 meters from the hotel, both being great spots for absorbing local history and nature during my weekend explorations.

The friendly staff exceeded my expectations with their willingness to help, and the complimentary cookies with coffee were a good addition to my stay.

Came in Douglas to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was right place for doing it. The location was handy to old city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will choose the place for future trips.

I was impressed by how clean and modern the hotel felt. Breakfast was a standout, with a good selection of warm foods, and the chocolate chip cookies in the evening were a lovely touch.

This place was just an ideal choice for getting around the area in Douglas with excellent value for money. The complimentary breakfast had freshly made waffles that were delicious and a nice surprise. Make sure to check out the breakfast hours to plan your morning right.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel surprised me. My King Room felt spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping did miss a few spots, like some dog hairs on the bed, a bit off-putting. The staff at the front desk impressed me with their promptness. They made the check-in process smooth. The best part was the breakfast-it featured freshly made waffles and good hot options, although I noticed limited hours on the weekend, which slowed my mornings a bit. I enjoyed the pool area since it was well-maintained and offered a perfect space to unwind. Being close to the highway brought in some noise, especially from trucks, but it didn't overshadow the comfort I felt in my room. The shower pressure left something to be desired. It took longer to rinse off than expected.

Unfortunately, the pool maintenance interfered with my plans, as it was closed without prior notice. While the hotel keeps a clean appearance, I noticed signs of wear, like the dog hairs on one of the beds and marks on the comforters, suggesting housekeeping could use a bit more diligence. The location next to the interstate means noise from traffic, so light sleepers might find it tricky to snooze comfortably.

The Hampton Inn offered a clean and spacious King Room with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was helpful, ensuring all my work needs were efficiently met. The breakfast provided a good selection, including freshly baked pastries and hearty options.

The staff was friendly and helpful breakfast options were plenty including fresh fruit and smoothies. The indoor pool was enjoyable and provided towels poolside for convenience.

Checked in during a challenging time, the friendly front desk staff. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. An excellent breakfast with a variety of warm foods and fresh coffee, paired with good evening cookies, added to the appeal. The pool area was well-maintained. Highly recommend, considering their flexibility with our unexpected early check-out.

We loved the place and didn't want to leave; the staff were professional and respectful, and everything was immaculate.
